Own end-to-end technical delivery of AI engagements for U.S. government customers, including secure deployment in classified and air-gapped environments. Design architectures, build agentic systems, deploy and benchmark models, lead proofs of concept, manage delivery workstreams, and contribute product and research insights. The role requires strong Python and infrastructure expertise, production LLM and agent experience, technical leadership, customer-facing skills, and an active government clearance.

Own and evolve Reflection’s visual identity as its founding Brand Designer. Develop creative concepts, scalable brand systems, digital assets, technical visualizations, campaigns, event experiences, and design standards across channels. Partner with engineers and external creatives to deliver polished experiences, translate complex AI concepts into clear visuals, and establish the company’s creative direction and standards.

Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for AI model releases, open-source tools, and enterprise products. Translate technical research into credible narratives for developers, enterprises, partners, and governments; lead launches, market research, competitive analysis, community growth, and measurable marketing channels. Build the product marketing function from the ground up, develop repeatable launch processes, and hire and lead a small team.

Manage Reflection’s commercial contracting process from intake through execution, including contract review, negotiation, approvals, signatures, documentation, and reporting. Support NDAs, vendor, procurement, SaaS, technology, and data licensing agreements. Coordinate with Legal, Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Finance teams, escalate nonstandard terms, and improve contracting workflows, templates, playbooks, and automation to scale legal operations.

Build financial models and forecasting processes across deals, product economics, compute, infrastructure, headcount, R&D, and corporate finance. Partner with sales, GTM, engineering, research, and finance leaders to guide capital allocation, resource planning, investment decisions, and risk management. Improve financial templates, assumptions, and planning processes while translating business activity into rigorous financial analysis.

Own human data acquisition programs for AI model development. Translate research needs into sourcing strategies, coordinate vendors, define task and quality requirements, monitor campaign metrics, investigate bottlenecks, and optimize data workflows. The role requires SQL and Python for analytics, dashboards, API integrations, and automation, plus familiarity with LLM training, evaluation, and prompt design.

Own Ashby ATS configuration, permissions, integrations, interview structures, reporting, data quality, and recruiting documentation. Build dashboards tracking pipeline health, hiring efficiency, interviewer load, sourcing, and scheduling. Develop interviewer and hiring manager training materials, manage enablement programs, oversee recruiting tool rollouts, administer candidate experience surveys, and convert insights into process improvements.

Build and maintain compliance automation, technical controls, monitoring, evidence collection, and GRC integrations for SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, privacy, trade compliance, and data governance. Translate regulatory requirements into engineering specifications, support audits and security questionnaires, maintain integrations with identity and data systems, and help establish compliant system boundaries. Partner across engineering, security, IT, compliance, legal, and vendors.

Build and maintain cross-functional compliance programs, policies, SOPs, training, and monitoring across AI, data, privacy, trade, government contracting, and corporate compliance. Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and CMMC readiness; manage third-party risk processes; answer customer security questionnaires; track regulatory developments; coordinate audits and control owners; and create reporting, templates, and operational processes in a high-growth technology environment.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, executive assistance, onboarding, SaaS administration, and IT systems management. Configure MDM, SSO, ticketing, and identity systems; automate provisioning and offboarding; support IT security initiatives; manage SaaS spend; and coordinate technology requirements for new office buildouts, including networking, audiovisual, and security equipment.

Leads complex, large-scale AI infrastructure and inference engagements with governments, sovereign enterprises, and conglomerates. Responsibilities include executive relationship management, business-case development, account planning, value modeling, pricing, forecasting, commercial negotiation, deployment, and expansion. The role translates AI, data, infrastructure, security, and governance capabilities into strategic business outcomes while navigating federated organizations and complex procurement processes.

Build and lead the accounting function: own month/quarter close, technical accounting (revenue, equity, leases), tax strategy, external audit, internal controls, and scale accounting and tax teams across multinational operations.
