As a Product Manager at Reflection, you will lead end-to-end product ownership, including model releases, community engagement, partner relations, and go-to-market strategies in open-source AI.

Own and improve People Operations infrastructure: manage onboarding/offboarding, employee lifecycle events, HRIS data and workflows (Rippling), benefits/payroll support, immigration administration, ticket queue management, SOPs, and process automation to scale People programs.
