The Compensation Manager will manage compensation bands, oversee benefits programs, lead performance pay cycles, and ensure equitable pay practices. The role involves analytics and cross-functional collaboration to build a competitive total rewards framework.

Lead Reflection's engagement with developer and research communities by building relationships, owning ambassador and developer programs, creating technical content, organizing events (hackathons, meetups, webinars), managing university and researcher partnerships, and partnering with Comms, Product, Research, and GTM to drive strategy and operational execution.

Serve as the primary People Team partner for UK employees, handling end-to-end employee relations, performance and organizational planning, onboarding/offboarding, UK benefits and pension administration, HRIS and people operations, compliance with UK employment law, and partnering with payroll, legal, and vendors to implement global People programs locally.
