Own talent intelligence and top-of-funnel recruiting strategy for highly specialized AI/ML roles. Responsibilities include mapping talent markets, building targeted pipelines, developing candidate relationships, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, qualifying candidates, tracking sourcing metrics, and creating AI-powered tools and agent workflows to improve recruiting leverage and efficiency.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, executive assistance, onboarding, SaaS administration, and IT systems management. Configure MDM, SSO, ticketing, and identity systems; automate provisioning and offboarding; support IT security initiatives; manage SaaS spend; and coordinate technology requirements for new office buildouts, including networking, audiovisual, and security equipment.

Provide legal counsel on data acquisition and use for AI training, agentic systems, and search products. Advise product, research, engineering, safety, and commercial teams on intellectual property, privacy, licensing, AI regulation, security, and compliance. Build data governance standards, provenance controls, policies, review processes, and escalation pathways. Monitor U.S. and international legal developments, support strategic transactions, and translate evolving requirements into practical product and operational guidance.
