Own recruiting operations, including candidate logistics, communications, Ashby ATS administration, reporting and dashboards, recruiting program launches, enablement, process improvement, and integration of talent operations tools. The role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers in an onsite SF or NY environment and helps scale hiring processes.

Leads complex, large-scale AI infrastructure and inference engagements with governments, sovereign enterprises, and conglomerates. Responsibilities include executive relationship management, business-case development, account planning, value modeling, pricing, forecasting, commercial negotiation, deployment, and expansion. The role translates AI, data, infrastructure, security, and governance capabilities into strategic business outcomes while navigating federated organizations and complex procurement processes.

Drive cross-functional strategy and operations initiatives across product, research, business, partnerships, finance, and internal operations. Build scalable processes, support strategic planning, identify bottlenecks, develop decision-making frameworks, and execute special projects involving market analysis and automation. The role partners closely with founders and leadership to accelerate company growth and organizational scaling in an AI research environment.
