Leads technical program management for pre-training ML and data teams. Coordinates research initiatives spanning data pipelines, model architecture, training runs, evaluation, scheduling, and cross-team handoffs. Builds lightweight processes, resolves ambiguity, enables rapid technical decisions, and connects pre-training with downstream and infrastructure teams. Requires strong technical fluency in machine learning research, high agency, stakeholder management, and experience building programs in ML-heavy environments.

Own cross-functional programs for scaling and evolving AI training infrastructure across pre-training, mid-training, and post-training. Define the training-framework roadmap, coordinate research and infrastructure engineering teams, identify bottlenecks, improve training-run visibility, establish durable operational processes, and translate technical complexity into executive decisions. The role requires deep understanding of distributed training, GPU clusters, schedulers, networking, storage, and large-scale infrastructure operations.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will translate AI research into real-world applications, architecting solutions and deploying systems for enterprise customers.
