Administers employee benefits and leave programs, including enrollment, changes, COBRA, retirement plans, wellness programs, vendor coordination, compliance, recordkeeping, reporting, and employee support. Partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, and benefits providers to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure accurate data. Manages performance review eligibility communications and submits approved payroll changes.

The Project Manager leads multiple customer implementation projects from initiation through deployment and closeout. Responsibilities include defining scope, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, stakeholder communications, customer relationships, escalations, and executive reporting. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, ensures contractual and quality compliance, tracks implementation metrics, and supports continuous process improvement. It requires strong project planning, communication, facilitation, organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Leads data analysis and reporting for Program Management by collecting, validating, interpreting, and presenting business and program data. Identifies trends, risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities; develops recurring reports and performance measures; communicates findings to leadership; and supports cross-functional initiatives. The role independently manages analytical assignments, improves reporting processes, and provides recommendations that support program performance and organizational decisions.
