Catches garments as they leave a manual print press, inspects items for defects, performs ink blowouts, communicates production issues, verifies quantities, labels boxes, obtains screens, and maintains a clean and safe work area. The role requires prolonged standing, basic math and literacy, color identification, attention to detail, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Weekend or overtime work may be required during busy periods.

Clean, reclaim, organize, and prepare printing screens in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include manually removing tape, ink, and emulsion; chemically cleaning and degreasing screens; operating coating machines and pressure washers; sorting screens; reporting discrepancies; maintaining safety and cleanliness; and meeting production and quality standards.

Lead day-to-day HR operations, serving as the primary employee and manager contact. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, Paycom administration, compensation processing, workers’ compensation claims, OSHA reporting, compliance training, and supervisor development. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, progressive HR experience, labor-law knowledge, and strong emotional intelligence in a manufacturing or printing environment.

Supports screen-printing production by preparing screens, inks, squeegees, and flood bars; inspecting garments for quality; communicating issues to press operators and supervisors; reclaiming ink during teardown; and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Removes tape, ink, and emulsion using chemicals, scrubbing pads, and pressure washers; degreases and coats screens with automatic equipment; washes out exposed screens; and reports discrepancies. The role requires accurate documentation, adherence to safety procedures and standard operating procedures, quality-focused work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
