Responsibilities include catching and folding garments, performing computer-based quality checks, using the binning system, creating shipping labels, sorting packages, and maintaining accuracy and workplace safety. The role requires standing for 8–10 hours, lifting 35–50 pounds, following instructions, and potentially working weekends or overtime during busy periods.

Catches garments as they leave a manual print press, inspects items for defects, performs ink blowouts, communicates production issues, verifies quantities, labels boxes, obtains screens, and maintains a clean and safe work area. The role requires prolonged standing, basic math and literacy, color identification, attention to detail, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Weekend or overtime work may be required during busy periods.

Clean, reclaim, organize, and prepare printing screens in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include manually removing tape, ink, and emulsion; chemically cleaning and degreasing screens; operating coating machines and pressure washers; sorting screens; reporting discrepancies; maintaining safety and cleanliness; and meeting production and quality standards.
