The Senior Cost Accountant manages inventory and operational costs, ensures compliance with GAAP, prepares financial analyses, and drives continuous improvement in accounting processes.

The Production Lead is responsible for producing high-end ice sculptures, monitoring product quality, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety standards during production.

Lead and manage plant operations including manufacturing, distribution, delivery, maintenance, safety, and purchasing. Own plant P&L, drive continuous improvement using lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, A3), ensure regulatory and quality programs (HACCP, PSM/RMP), manage drivers and fleet, develop staff, meet budget and KPI targets, and maintain a strong safety culture.

Lead day-to-day processing operations, support and stand in for the Processing Supervisor, maintain and repair bagging equipment, perform preventative maintenance, operate forklift, monitor product quantity and quality, maintain production and cleaning records, enforce safety, schedule production staff, and lead continuous improvement/lean activities.

Lead technical architecture, development, and integration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring efficiency and security while guiding technical teams and improving processes.

Operate and lead production of large ice blocks, molds, and cocktail ice; monitor quality, complete production and quality logs, package products, and safely run high-speed equipment. Maintain sanitation and safety, report incidents, and participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, VSM). May assist with event setup.

Assists the Processing Supervisor and leads the production crew, while ensuring equipment maintenance and safety standards are upheld.

This role supports the accounts receivable team through research, documentation management, and process improvements while collaborating with various departments.
