Operate and sanitize high-speed production equipment to produce ice sculptures, large ice blocks, molds, and cocktail ice. Package products for delivery, assist with event setup, report accidents, follow safety and sanitation rules, and participate in lean continuous improvement activities (VSM, Kaizen, A3). Maintain high safety standards and perform other tasks as assigned.

Assists the Processing Supervisor and leads the production crew, while ensuring equipment maintenance and safety standards are upheld.

Own plant P&L, drive continuous improvement using lean tools, manage staffing and driver operations, ensure safety/compliance (HACCP, PSM/RMP), and deliver on quality, efficiency, and customer service while developing staff.

The Senior Cost Accountant manages inventory and operational costs, ensures compliance with GAAP, prepares financial analyses, and drives continuous improvement in accounting processes.

The Production Lead is responsible for producing high-end ice sculptures, monitoring product quality, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety standards during production.
