Assist Plant Manager in leading plant operations across manufacturing, distribution, maintenance, engineering, safety and purchasing. Drive lean continuous-improvement (VSM, Kaizen, A3), manage production/logistics to meet quality, cost and delivery goals, maintain PSM/RMP and HACCP, oversee preventive maintenance, incident response and safety metrics, supervise and develop staff, manage P&L metrics and staffing, and ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery in a 24/7 environment.

Lead processing operations, support the Processing Supervisor and assume charge in their absence. Monitor and maintain bagging equipment, perform preventative maintenance, operate forklift, ensure product quality and safety, keep production and cleaning records, assist with scheduling and continuous improvement using lean tools.

Operate and sanitize high-speed production equipment to produce ice sculptures, large ice blocks, molds, and cocktail ice. Package products for delivery, assist with event setup, report accidents, follow safety and sanitation rules, and participate in lean continuous improvement activities (VSM, Kaizen, A3). Maintain high safety standards and perform other tasks as assigned.
