Owns the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, configuring Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights solutions. Partners with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable low-code designs using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Manages platform governance, roadmap planning, upgrades, testing, UAT, documentation, process optimization, and vendor alignment. Leads continuous improvement activities using Lean methodologies while serving as an autonomous enterprise CRM subject matter expert.

Manages distributor and co-packer accounting operations, including accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and audit support. Leads and develops the accounting team, ensures financial close accuracy, analyzes trends and discrepancies, resolves billing issues, and reports key performance indicators. Partners with IT and business stakeholders to improve systems, reporting, standardization, and process efficiency using lean methodologies.
