Leads growth, operational excellence, performance management, and strategic planning across a third-party distributor and copacker network. Responsibilities include partner business planning, KPI management, business reviews, continuous improvement, financial and contract oversight, compliance, risk mitigation, network optimization, and executive stakeholder communication. This individual contributor role requires at least 7 years of third-party function management experience and at least 50% travel to plants and retail locations.

Bags and stacks 5- to 40-pound ice products neatly on pallets, monitors product quality, operates the production line as needed, maintains a safe and clean work area, and follows cleaning and ethics standards. The role requires lifting up to 45 pounds throughout a 12-hour shift and working in temperatures of 45–60 degrees.

Administer multi-state U.S. and Canadian payroll and employee benefits, manage leave programs (FMLA and Canadian equivalents), process payroll transactions and tax/garnishment compliance, maintain HRIS records (Workday), create training/communications, perform audits and month-end accounting, and recommend process improvements using Lean methodologies.
