Manage a portfolio of approximately 30 Belgian marketplace partners, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities across assortment, pricing, revenue, advertising spend, and performance. Analyze KPIs and Excel data to provide actionable recommendations, collaborate with internal teams, contribute to CRM and process-improvement projects, and explore AI tools to improve efficiency.

Leads Redcare Pharmacy’s retail pricing strategy across e-commerce, marketplace, and own-brand products. The role develops scientific, dynamic pricing through experimentation, modeling, validation, and real-time decision logic. It balances profitability, revenue, and customer price competitiveness while partnering with Commercial, Data & AI, Controlling, Marketing, Procurement, Tech, and Product teams. The Director also leads and develops a pricing team of nine or more professionals and represents pricing strategy to senior leadership and the Board.
