Lead and grow an engineering team delivering core commerce backend services and reusable capabilities. Define technical vision, architecture and roadmap (including headless checkout), set domain boundaries and APIs, ensure scalable, secure, observable systems, collaborate with Product and adjacent teams, and foster engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Lead AI governance across the model lifecycle: build scalable governance platforms, define controls for agentic AI, translate laws (e.g., EU AI Act) into actionable processes, partner with engineers and compliance, and improve AI risk management and auditability.

Six-month recruiting internship supporting full-cycle talent acquisition: source and engage candidates, screen CVs, schedule interviews, maintain candidate data, assist recruitment administration, and support employer branding while learning modern recruiting practices in an international team.
