Lead and scale end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, manage and develop a large AP team, drive process improvement and automation, collaborate with Finance and Procurement, and lead change and transformation initiatives to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Provide operational HR support and advice across the employee lifecycle: employee relations, absence management, onboarding, contract changes, transfers, and offboarding. Manage sickness cases, ensure compliance with Dutch employment law, collaborate with Payroll/Recruitment/HR Services, and drive improvements to HR documentation, policies, and systems.

Support and evolve the WMS (AX2009/D365) with focus on inbound logistics. Own testing of developments/customizations, consult on logistics processes, and participate in D365 migration for receive, stow, and inventory modules. On-site presence required three times per week.
