Manages daily charter fleet and crew operations, including vessel maintenance, scheduling, training, budgeting, vendor coordination, safety programs, emergency response, and USCG inspections. Oversees crew recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance while maintaining vessels, equipment, documentation, preventative maintenance schedules, and operating budgets. Ensures adherence to USCG, OSHA, EPA, and applicable local regulations.

Oversee full-cycle accounting, multi-entity consolidations, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, payroll accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and cash flow. Lead accounting staff, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, support strategic planning, and improve processes through technology, AI, automation, and systems enhancements. The role is hybrid with approximately 10% travel across assigned entities.

Manages daily cruise ship excursion operations, including guest transfers, tour manifests, vendor coordination, ferry and catamaran logistics, ticket reconciliation, invoicing, safety compliance, and guest service. Supervises and schedules excursion guides, recruits and trains team members, maintains operational procedures, manages vendor closeouts and payments, and coordinates with shipboard teams, captains, vendors, and shoreside staff.

Leads accounting operations, monthly close accuracy, reconciliations, audit coordination, fixed asset and lease accounting, compliance, and financial reporting across multiple business units. Manages and coaches accounting staff, partners with finance and operational leaders, enforces GAAP and internal controls, and communicates risks to the CFO. The role also drives process redesign, automation, and AI adoption to improve efficiency and reduce manual, error-prone work.

Manage semi-monthly multi-geography payroll and the full accounts payable process, including payroll reconciliations, invoice processing, payment runs, vendor statement reconciliation, compliance, and financial reporting. Collaborate with HR, operations, and finance teams, support month-end close, maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and provide ad hoc analysis to leadership.

Guide cruise guests between docks, ferries, catamarans, and tour destinations; manage guest counts, tickets, invoices, payments, vendor closeouts, schedules, and safety procedures. Provide on-site guest assistance, coordinate with captains and tour providers, maintain required safety certifications, respond to injuries, and ensure a safe, organized, and satisfying excursion experience in outdoor marine environments.

Manages daily beach and watersports operations, including equipment setup, safety briefings, staff scheduling, training, guest service, maintenance, sales, events, cabana rentals, dock support, and departmental P&L. Recruits and manages staff, enforces operating and safety standards, coordinates special programs, and supports sailing and dinghy instruction in an outdoor marine environment.

Lead group sales, transient sales, and customer call center teams to drive revenue growth. Develop sales strategies, manage key client relationships, optimize sales processes, oversee performance and budgets, analyze markets, coordinate digital marketing, represent the brand at events, and report strategic results to executive leadership.

Manages group and guest inquiries for destination management services, creating proposals and contracts, coordinating transportation, dining, and activities, and maintaining booking systems. Provides timely communication, guest recovery, billing accuracy, sales collateral updates, site visits, departmental turnovers, and local recommendations. Builds vendor relationships, anticipates guest needs, and upsells services while supporting luxury hotel standards. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, supervisory experience, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Guide customers on jet ski tours, provide safety and operational instruction, supervise water activities, and ensure an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities include customer service, equipment check-in and check-out, cleaning, inventory, safety compliance, and upselling additional watersport excursions. Requires jet ski experience, physical ability to work outdoors and in water, lift up to 50 pounds, communicate clearly, and work flexible holidays, nights, and weekends.
