Coordinates destination management activities, including group arrivals, departures, transportation, activities, restaurant bookings, site visits, client communications, proposals, vendor records, and reports. Supports sales and event planning while collaborating with hotel, transportation, accounting, and internal teams. The role includes concierge account outreach, first-level selling, administrative duties, and occasional outdoor or physically demanding work. Requires 30 hours per week, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manages daily charter fleet and crew operations, including vessel maintenance, scheduling, training, budgeting, vendor coordination, safety programs, emergency response, and USCG inspections. Oversees crew recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compliance while maintaining vessels, equipment, documentation, preventative maintenance schedules, and operating budgets. Ensures adherence to USCG, OSHA, EPA, and applicable local regulations.

Oversee full-cycle accounting, multi-entity consolidations, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, payroll accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax filings, internal controls, and cash flow. Lead accounting staff, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, support strategic planning, and improve processes through technology, AI, automation, and systems enhancements. The role is hybrid with approximately 10% travel across assigned entities.
