Supports the Business Development team with administrative and operational activities, including payment requests and tracking, document organization, internal process follow-up, spreadsheet updates, project record maintenance, and monitoring of pending items and deadlines. The apprentice will assist with communications, filing, routine tasks, training, and professional development projects while gaining practical experience in the renewable energy sector.

Provides legal support for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects across the United States and Canada. Leads real estate, land acquisition, permitting, environmental, title, tax abatement, project finance, and development matters. Drafts and negotiates agreements, manages due diligence and title curative work, oversees outside counsel, develops legal strategies for renewable transactions, and supports corporate governance. Collaborates with lenders, investors, consultants, project teams, and executives.

Provides legal support for utility-scale solar and energy storage projects, focusing on real estate, land acquisition, environmental permitting, development, site control, title, tax abatements, financing, and M&A. Drafts and negotiates agreements, oversees title and curative work, manages outside counsel, develops legal processes and transaction strategies, and advises corporate, project, finance, construction, operations, tax, and executive teams.

Manage global financial consolidation, monthly close, financial statement preparation, audit schedules, SEC reporting, and U.S. GAAP compliance. Maintain and enhance Hyperion Financial Management, improve accounting policies and internal controls, review subsidiary data, advise regional teams on complex transactions, and coordinate with auditors, advisors, and internal finance functions. The role also leads and develops junior staff while supporting North American and EMEA operations.

Supports financial analysis, modeling, valuation, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and renewable energy investments. Coordinates transaction data rooms and stakeholder information flow, prepares investment proposals and marketing materials, evaluates financing structures, and contributes to regional strategy, market analysis, and project development decisions across solar and energy storage opportunities.

Supports debt and tax equity capital raising for solar and battery storage projects. Responsibilities include building and managing structured financing models, analyzing profitability and capital structures, coordinating due diligence, reviewing transaction documents, preparing presentations and proposals, and collaborating with lenders, tax equity investors, consultants, legal, engineering, and internal project teams.

Leads U.S. GAAP technical accounting research, prepares accounting memos and policies, supports financial reporting and close processes, and evaluates complex transactions for the renewable energy business. Partners with Finance, Tax, Legal, Project Finance, FP&A, controllership, auditors, and advisors. Provides regional project accounting support, develops training, strengthens controls, and advises stakeholders on accounting treatment and reporting.

Manages construction financing across solar and battery storage projects, including loan draw requests, budget reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, lender reporting, covenant compliance, financial controls, and risk management. Coordinates with project management, treasury, accounting, project finance, lenders, engineers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to support timely funding, accurate reporting, and compliance with financing agreements.

The DevOps Engineer designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, build infrastructure, deployment systems, and infrastructure-as-code. Responsibilities include automating releases for cloud and embedded systems, troubleshooting deployments, monitoring performance, implementing security controls, managing containers and cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with development, QA, engineering, and operations teams. The role also involves documentation, application optimization, and continuous improvement of software delivery processes.
