Coordinates operational planning for renewable energy control centre activities across PV and BESS assets. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, outages, derates, testing, and inspections; assessing operational impacts and risks; coordinating internal and third-party stakeholders; maintaining work orders, logs, schedules, and reports; supporting operator turnover and readiness; and ensuring documentation, compliance evidence, and escalation tracking are complete.

Supervise and strengthen NERC compliance for a utility-scale solar and battery storage operations control centre. Translate reliability standards into procedures, oversee compliance evidence and audit readiness, manage documentation, review operational logs, track findings and corrective actions, support training, and coordinate with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, IT, and external auditors. Prepare compliance reports and dashboards, identify risks and non-conformances, and promote consistent operational discipline across teams and shifts.

Manage and secure NERC CIP-compliant network systems supporting energy management and control systems. Ensure reliability, security, and regulatory compliance in a control center environment, monitoring performance and implementing network administration and protection measures.
