Lead financial operations, accounting, internal controls, and reporting for the organization. Manage month/quarter/year-end close, audits (single audit, Form 990), payroll, cash flow, fixed assets, procurement, budget monitoring, and 403(b) administration. Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with GAAP, Uniform Guidance, and nonprofit regulations while supporting strategic financial planning.

Provide residential case management for adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders: coordinate admissions, transportation, housing, discharge planning, assessments, advocacy, documentation, crisis intervention, group facilitation, and community resource linkage to support community reintegration.

The Case Manager will provide quality care, develop client-centered care plans, link clients to resources, facilitate life skill groups, and monitor clients' progress in various areas including mental health and substance abuse.

The Clinician conducts assessments, provides counseling for substance abuse and mental health issues, develops treatment plans, and maintains client records.

Lead groups, conduct one-on-one sessions using motivational interviewing, perform intake screenings, recognize and respond to crises, connect clients with community resources, and facilitate warm handoffs to higher levels of care.
