Provides substance abuse and co-occurring mental health counseling for individuals and groups. Conducts behavioral health assessments, develops treatment plans, monitors client progress, facilitates groups, provides crisis intervention, maintains clinical documentation, coordinates with medical and psychiatric staff, and supports insurance authorizations and level-of-care recommendations.

Provides clinical counseling and case management for adults in a residential detoxification program. Conducts screenings, assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, education, referrals, documentation, and direct client care. Collaborates with medical professionals and supports clients experiencing substance use, mental health, and homelessness-related challenges.

Provides case management for adults with serious psychiatric, substance use, and social service needs. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, advocacy, referrals, housing and transportation coordination, documentation, crisis intervention, psychoeducational groups, discharge planning, and collaboration with community providers to support recovery and community integration.
