Drive net-new enterprise and upper mid-market sales across regulated industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, Critical Infrastructure, and Government. Build territory and pipeline, manage full-cycle complex deals, conduct consultative demos, engage buying committees, negotiate contracts, and forecast using MEDDPICC and Salesforce. The role requires selling data governance and security solutions to compliance, risk, IT, legal, and procurement stakeholders while contributing to go-to-market strategy.

Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through first value by deploying and configuring data connectors, integrations, authentication, and metadata. Troubleshoot technical issues, document deployments, validate go-live readiness, and advise customers on migrations, non-standard connectors, and platform configuration. The role requires SaaS implementation experience, cloud solution knowledge, on-premises-to-cloud migrations, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead complex records management SaaS implementations for regulated customers, translating business requirements into scalable solutions. Define information governance methodologies, classification and retention frameworks, audit controls, solution patterns, and onboarding standards. Advise senior stakeholders, coach consultants, improve delivery performance, support presales feasibility, and embed responsible AI into consulting practices.
