Own partner-sourced revenue across the Southern region by recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and activating channel partners. Co-sell with partners and direct sales teams, develop joint campaigns, maintain 5x pipeline coverage, forecast accurately, and deliver partner contribution to regional quota. Build durable partner relationships, manage joint business plans and MDF activity, resolve channel conflict, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner operations. Travel across the region and pass a police background check.

Develop and maintain RecordPoint SaaS solutions across the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, documenting, troubleshooting, supporting cloud and on-premises deployments, and collaborating with engineering and customer teams. The role involves learning the company’s architecture, development tools, deployment models, and testing practices while contributing to continuous improvement and technology adoption.
