The Project Manager will manage client relationships, ensure successful service delivery, implement engagement strategies, and oversee project execution from initiation to production go-live.

Design and implement a multi-agent AI orchestration framework for proactive GTM workflows: build signal pipelines, reasoning and scoring components, content generation, production integrations (Salesforce, Teams), governed AI foundations, observability, and developer enablement.

Execute post-sale onboarding: deploy connectors, integrate data sources, configure metadata and authentication, produce runbooks and evidence packages, troubleshoot integrations, and support post-first-value delivery including migrations and non-standard connector work.
