Provides administrative and operational HR support for approximately 2,000 retail employees. Responsibilities include responding to routine employee inquiries, maintaining personnel records and HRIS data, supporting onboarding and offboarding, tracking employee relations and safety documentation, assisting investigations, generating reports, and coordinating HR programs while maintaining confidentiality.

Promotes fuel programs to commercial clients, manages customer accounts, achieves sales targets, and grows territory market share. Builds customer relationships, provides client support, resolves issues, tracks sales activity and metrics, maintains database records, and collaborates with operations, credit, and senior management. The role may require regional travel to visit fleet and commercial customers.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing support, references, background checks, onboarding documentation, and I-9 processing. Develop recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines through social media, networking, agencies, job fairs, and passive outreach. Processes full-cycle, multi-state payroll; maintains accurate employee and payroll records; handles taxes, deductions, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Supports HRIS and payroll system integrations, onboarding data transfers, system maintenance, compliance updates, documentation, and employee and management inquiries. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve payroll processes and provides training on payroll systems, practices, and applicable laws.
