Coordinate and process liability and property damage claims for convenience store and fuel station locations. Maintain organized claim files, collect and preserve evidence (including surveillance), liaise with internal teams, insurers, and claimants, track claims through resolution, perform administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies while delivering professional customer service.

Manage full contract lifecycle: draft, review, and maintain leases, vendor and business agreements; track key dates and obligations; analyze terms and risks; support negotiations and outside counsel; prepare contract reports; organize documentation for audits and disputes.

Lead high-volume, multi-entity accounts payable operations for retail and corporate entities. Oversee teams, vendor relationships, accruals, month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Deliver analytics, automated dashboards, and process automation (OCR, EDI, ERP improvements). Ensure controls, audit readiness, and cost-saving initiatives while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Treasury, and Operations.
