Performs full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice validation, approval, coding, data entry, vendor statement reconciliation, payment scheduling, check printing, EFT recording, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains paperless transaction records, follows up with vendors and internal teams, and ensures accurate and timely disbursements. Requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, communication skills, and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Promotes fuel programs to commercial clients, manages customer accounts, achieves sales targets, and grows territory market share. Builds customer relationships, provides client support, resolves issues, tracks sales activity and metrics, maintains database records, and collaborates with operations, credit, and senior management. The role may require regional travel to visit fleet and commercial customers.

Processes full-cycle, multi-state payroll; maintains accurate employee and payroll records; handles taxes, deductions, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and discrepancy resolution. Supports HRIS and payroll system integrations, onboarding data transfers, system maintenance, compliance updates, documentation, and employee and management inquiries. Collaborates cross-functionally to improve payroll processes and provides training on payroll systems, practices, and applicable laws.
