Supports recruiting and HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, employee records, HR systems, payroll and benefits inquiries, compliance documentation, training, reporting, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Responds to employee and manager questions, maintains confidential information, and helps improve HR processes under the direction of Talent and HR leadership.

Supports daily e-commerce operations across Rebag.com and third-party marketplaces. Responsibilities include order processing, refunds, escalations, fraud reviews, shipping issue resolution, marketplace listings and feeds, order-status checks, audits, TikTok Live support, and process improvement. The role requires Wednesday-to-Sunday availability, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

As a Livestream Moderator, you will manage behind-the-scenes operations for live selling shows on TikTok, ensuring smooth technical execution, engaging audience interaction, and effective product presentation throughout the broadcast.
