Represents Rebag as a luxury resale brand ambassador, educates customers, supports product launches, maintains product knowledge and visual merchandising standards, processes stock and online orders, and assists with store operations. Requires teamwork, organization, fashion and sustainability passion, flexibility, weekend and evening availability, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Performs quality control inspections for luxury goods, inventory, orders, picking, packing, and fulfillment operations. Maintains accurate product categorization and records using in-house software, meets deadlines and quality standards, and supports broader operations tasks. Requires attention to detail, basic computer and data-entry skills, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Manage Rebag’s email and SMS lifecycle marketing programs, including campaign calendars, automated flows, QA, scheduling, segmentation, compliance, list health, reporting, and testing. Translate promotions and brand moments into on-brand customer communications, collaborate with Creative and Performance Marketing, and optimize engagement, conversion, retention, and seller engagement across the customer journey.

As a Livestream Moderator, you will manage behind-the-scenes operations for live selling shows on TikTok, ensuring smooth technical execution, engaging audience interaction, and effective product presentation throughout the broadcast.

Drive in-store luxury resale sales by building rapport, converting leads, coaching peers, and managing transactions. Maintain CRM, meet monthly quotas, support opening/closing, assist leadership with training and process improvements, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Provide exceptional in-store client experience focused on buying/selling luxury resale items. Advise and educate clients, manage inventory and appointment systems, train staff on sourcing and CRM tools, audit purchased inventory, support sales and conversions, and maintain operational standards and reporting. Assist leadership with team retention and succession planning while meeting sales and repeat-business targets.
