Lead full enterprise sales cycles for Reality Defender's deepfake detection platform across regulated industries. Prospect, close, and expand accounts; engage senior security and fraud stakeholders; manage technical validation, compliance and legal reviews; and partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers: troubleshoot API integrations, own support tickets end-to-end, support onboarding and implementation, maintain documentation and runbooks, track support metrics, relay product feedback to engineering, and partner with customer success and sales to protect account health and drive renewals.

Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure for a real-time deepfake detection platform. Design scalable APIs and services, create high-performance UIs, collaborate with ML and product teams, own architecture and technical decisions, and improve performance, reliability, and security.

Design, build, and support enterprise integrations connecting Reality Defender to telephony and communications systems. Develop backend services, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven services; troubleshoot production issues; improve scalability, reliability, and observability; write automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines; collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and customers to deliver secure, production-ready integrations.

Lead go-to-market strategy and messaging for Reality Defender's API-first deepfake detection platform. Create sales enablement, conduct market and competitive research, develop case studies and campaigns, partner with product, sales, and demand teams, and track product launch performance to drive adoption among enterprise security, fraud, and government customers.

Create sales enablement content (pitch decks, datasheets, FAQs, battlecards) translating product features and the evolving deepfake/AI-fraud threat landscape for sales, customer success, and government buyers. Partner with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Content teams to gather feedback, maintain messaging, develop case studies and competitive research, and support go-to-market efforts.
