Performs warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, putaway, staging, and forklift operation. Maintains safe, accurate, organized operations while supporting process improvements and shift handoffs.

Manage integrated B2B marketing across creative production, positioning, content, email, demand generation, website, SEO, analytics, and sales enablement. Develop branded collateral, presentations, campaigns, case studies, and automated HubSpot workflows while using AI tools to improve efficiency. Own marketing performance reporting, ROI attribution, agency relationships, vendor coordination, and digital conversion improvements. The role supports sales through segment-specific programs targeting food, retail, foodservice, and pharmaceutical customers.

Serves as a liaison between IT and business users by evaluating needs, documenting requirements, troubleshooting software and basic networking issues, supporting onboarding, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports. The role also documents processes, validates data, researches analytics tools, coordinates with vendors, and supports small systems projects involving WMS and TMS platforms.

Leads customer onboarding, cross-functional implementations, and company-wide operational improvement projects across a multi-site cold storage network. Develops project plans, coordinates Operations, IT, EDI, Transportation, and Finance, supports system and SOP readiness, tracks risks and progress, and ensures smooth transitions to steady-state operations. Also assists site leaders with performance metrics, corrective actions, standardization, troubleshooting, and operational support during launches and peak periods. Requires warehouse, logistics, 3PL, cold chain, and multi-site operations experience with 30–50% travel.
