Serves as a liaison between IT and business users by evaluating needs, documenting requirements, troubleshooting software and basic networking issues, supporting onboarding, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports. The role also documents processes, validates data, researches analytics tools, coordinates with vendors, and supports small systems projects involving WMS and TMS platforms.

Provides first-line technical support, translates user needs into system solutions, documents requirements and processes, and supports small projects. Maintains Power BI dashboards and reports, performs data validation and basic queries, handles onboarding tasks such as equipment setup and account provisioning, and works with vendors and internal partners. The role operates in an office and cold-storage environment with exposure to forklifts and low temperatures.

The role troubleshoots software and basic networking issues, escalates complex problems, and works with vendors and internal partners while gaining exposure to warehouse and transportation management systems.

Supports and improves business systems used across supply chain operations. Gathers requirements, documents user stories, troubleshoots complex software and hardware issues, supports implementations and upgrades, develops test scripts, validates configurations, trains users, and maintains system documentation. Collaborates with IT, operations, clients, and third-party vendors while using SQL in Snowflake and Blue Yonder expertise to support warehouse and related operational systems.

Leads customer onboarding, cross-functional implementations, and company-wide operational improvement projects across a multi-site cold storage network. Develops project plans, coordinates Operations, IT, EDI, Transportation, and Finance, supports system and SOP readiness, tracks risks and progress, and ensures smooth transitions to steady-state operations. Also assists site leaders with performance metrics, corrective actions, standardization, troubleshooting, and operational support during launches and peak periods. Requires warehouse, logistics, 3PL, cold chain, and multi-site operations experience with 30–50% travel.
