The Product Manager will drive strategy for RTI's Connext software in the Aerospace & Defense sector, translating mission requirements into product needs and ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

Manage post-sales customer relationships to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, monitor customer health, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams, and help implement scalable customer success practices and technologies.

Drive sales of RTI Connext DDS software and services across Europe. Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial customers in sectors like healthcare, renewables, maritime, industrial automation, and robotics. Manage full sales cycle with Field Application Engineers, Product, Customer Success and Marketing; handle pricing, negotiations, forecasting, onboarding, upsells, and territory metrics to meet or exceed quota.

Act as trusted advisor, monitor customer health, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and refine customer success playbooks and automation to scale the customer journey.

Lead performance characterization and optimization of RTI Connext: design and run performance tests and benchmarks, model workloads and networks, analyze bottlenecks using profilers (gprof, perf), build CI/CD automated performance pipelines, collaborate with developers, and publish actionable performance results and visualizations.

Lead A&D product strategy for RTI Connext by translating mission requirements into product needs, shaping the roadmap with R&D, validating with customers, and partnering with Sales/BD/Marketing to drive adoption across UAS, autonomy, maritime, C-UAS, and JADC2/MOSA programs.

As a Software Research Engineer, you will innovate solutions, lead projects in distributed systems, and interface with stakeholders. You'll write proposals and transition technologies to products.

The Software Research Engineer will conduct innovative research in distributed systems, lead projects, and create solutions for autonomous technologies.

Support sales effectiveness by coordinating enablement and onboarding, improving processes, maintaining sales data, producing reports/dashboards, ensuring Salesforce/CRM hygiene, and coordinating projects to execute strategic sales initiatives.
