Leads RTI’s global B2B events strategy and portfolio across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Manages and develops the events team, oversees virtual and in-person programs, controls budgets, negotiates with vendors, and partners with Sales, Marketing, and executives. Measures event performance through engagement, pipeline, attribution, and cost metrics while improving processes and identifying strategic sponsorship opportunities. The hybrid Denver role requires approximately eight travel commitments annually, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Software engineering intern contributing to real-time distributed systems and RTI Connext products. Responsibilities include developing prototypes, validating approaches, implementing features, writing tests, participating in engineering teams and training, and learning professional software development processes. The role emphasizes high-performance, scalable commercial software, computer networking, operating systems, and continuous integration practices.

Support Aerospace and Defense customers across EMEA through technical presentations, software demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution architecture. Partner with account managers to achieve sales quotas, develop pipeline, resolve technical blockers, and communicate customer requirements to product management. The role is customer-facing, requires strong C/C++ and networking expertise, travel of approximately 20–40%, on-site work, and EU citizenship.
