Leads end-to-end commercialization of food and CPG innovation, renovation, and line-extension projects from concept through plant qualification, launch, and post-launch closeout. Owns PMO governance, portfolio prioritization, cross-functional accountability, customer deliverables, data quality, scorecards, and process improvement. Partners with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial teams, plants, and co-manufacturers to accelerate launches, manage risk, ensure readiness, and deliver cost and margin targets.

Leads the food product development pipeline from concept and formulation through process development, scale-up, commercialization, and post-launch review. Builds and develops the R&D team, establishes standards for trials, specifications, testing, labeling, and shelf life, and partners with Quality, Food Safety, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, and the PMO. Ensures products meet nutritional, regulatory, cost, quality, and commercialization requirements while accelerating development timelines.

Develops food and CPG products through bench formulation, prototyping, experimentation, trials, sensory and shelf-life support, and rapid iteration. Maintains accurate formulas, specifications, nutritionals, BOMs, labels, and formulation-system data. Runs controlled experiments using DOE and statistical analysis, captures yield and process metrics, communicates progress and risks, and collaborates cross-functionally to advance the R&D pipeline.
