Develops food and CPG products through bench formulation, prototyping, experimentation, trials, sensory and shelf-life support, and rapid iteration. Maintains accurate formulas, specifications, nutritionals, BOMs, labels, and formulation-system data. Runs controlled experiments using DOE and statistical analysis, captures yield and process metrics, communicates progress and risks, and collaborates cross-functionally to advance the R&D pipeline.

Leads end-to-end commercialization of food and CPG innovation, renovation, and line-extension projects from concept through plant qualification, launch, and post-launch closeout. Owns PMO governance, portfolio prioritization, cross-functional accountability, customer deliverables, data quality, scorecards, and process improvement. Partners with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial teams, plants, and co-manufacturers to accelerate launches, manage risk, ensure readiness, and deliver cost and margin targets.

Develop category strategies and shopper-led selling stories using Nielsen, IRI/Circana, panel, and retailer data. Build category reviews, line-review decks, and joint business planning materials for retailer negotiations. Translate insights into assortment, pricing, placement, and merchandising recommendations. Own Syndigo product-content accuracy and coordinate shopper research, launches, and retailer.com updates. Track category performance and partner with Sales, Marketing, and retail buyers to drive growth.
