As a Real Good Manager of Sales Operations, you will build and run the operating system for the Sales organization. This role owns forecasting support, order and deduction management, trade spend tracking, CRM/ERP data integrity, and the recurring cadence of sales reporting and meetings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically strong, and comfortable turning a fast-moving commercial agenda into clear plans, owners, deadlines, and measurable results.
On Your Plate
— Own the master sales tracker, including account plans, deadlines, dependencies, and status reporting across the Sales team.
— Build and maintain the sales calendar, including line reviews, trade shows, promotional windows, and key retailer milestones.
— Consolidate account and channel performance into a master KPI dashboard and weekly sales performance report.
— Manage trade spend tracking, deduction management, invoice reconciliation, and monthly variance reporting in partnership with Finance.
— Support demand forecasting and planning cadences in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance.
— Administer the sales technology stack, including CRM, trade promotion management (TPM), EDI, integrations, user access, and vendor coordination.
— Manage order management processes, including PO receipt, EDI transactions, fulfillment coordination, and issue resolution.
— Run recurring sales meetings, including agendas, notes, action tracking, decision logs, and follow-up accountability.
— Manage OKR and goal tracking across the Sales organization and ensure performance measures are clearly defined.
— Design, document, and improve core sales processes, templates, approval workflows, and operating cadences.
— Partner cross-functionally to drive business results and execute against company priorities.
— Identify opportunities to improve processes, solve problems, and create real good outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table
— 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, or a related function, ideally in CPG or food.
— Experience managing forecasting, order management, deductions, or trade spend processes.
— Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience building dashboards, trackers, and operating reports.
— Working knowledge of CRM, ERP, EDI, and trade promotion management (TPM) systems.
— Strong project-management discipline with the ability to create structure in a fast-moving environment.
— Excellent written communication, meeting leadership, organization, and attention to detail.
— Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.
— CPG, food, retail, or high-growth consumer-brand experience.
— Experience supporting national retail accounts (grocery, mass, club, or natural/specialty channels).
— Familiarity with broker networks and retailer portals.
— Experience working in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.
— Demonstrated ability to drive results through collaboration and influence.
