Manage Re'equil's social media calendars and online communities across Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Create and feature in Reels, Shorts, and static content; support shoots, scripts, hooks, and creative direction. Coordinate agencies and freelancers, research skincare and cultural trends, monitor competitors, track campaign metrics, and recommend content optimizations. Build relationships with college creators and support sampling, events, and community activations.

Edit and retouch model, product, and photoshoot images for e-commerce, marketing, and social media. Perform color correction, skin retouching, masking, background removal, object cleanup, resizing, and formatting. Use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining consistent visual style and quality. Organize files, collaborate with creative teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.

Manage general ledger activities, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payments, and monthly and year-end closing. Ensure GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESI, and Companies Act compliance. Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, variance analyses, budgets, and forecasts. Maintain accounting systems, improve SOPs and automation, and coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and internal teams.

Own end-to-end video editing and motion graphics production for product films, marketing campaigns, social media, podcasts, founder videos, educational content, and brand campaigns. Create platform-ready content with strong storytelling, pacing, visual effects, compositing, color grading, audio cleanup, and brand consistency. Maintain organized project files, reusable templates, creative asset libraries, and accurate exports while collaborating with producers and minimizing revision cycles.

Produces and films product videos, product photography, lifestyle shoots, podcasts, interviews, green screen productions, founder videos, and marketing assets. Sets up and operates cameras, lighting, and audio equipment; maintains studio readiness and equipment; organizes media and backups; performs basic color and audio corrections; and delivers clean, edit-ready files to post-production. The role requires strong cinematography, product photography, beauty lighting, and green screen skills, along with a mandatory portfolio.

Build and own a modular AI intelligence platform that transforms validated business data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include integrating LLM APIs, implementing RAG, defining data requirements, building R&D and marketing intelligence modules, evaluating output quality, reducing hallucinations, monitoring pipelines, optimizing API costs, and documenting architecture and workflows. The role also involves developing content generation, social listening, trend analysis, performance marketing, and internal dashboard capabilities.
