Maintains knowledge of title regulations, protects confidential information, performs filing and clerical tasks, and supports other office functions.

Processes salvage and vehicle title documentation for ownership transfers, ensuring compliance with state and buyer requirements. Reviews and enters title information, prepares applications, resolves discrepancies, maintains records, and communicates with customers and business partners by phone, email, mail, and direct contact. The role also provides customer support, performs clerical duties, protects confidential information, and stays current on title and salvage regulations.
