Review and process vehicle title and salvage documentation, ensure compliance with state laws, enter title data into IAA systems, resolve discrepancies, respond to customer inquiries by phone/email, and perform related clerical tasks.

Outside Territory Manager responsible for prospecting, cold calling, managing and growing accounts, selling multi-channel auction and equipment solutions, maintaining territory playbook and CRM (Salesforce), negotiating and closing deals with internal stakeholders, and traveling to regional auctions and customer meetings.

Process high-volume consignor disbursements: prepare consignor files, verify VAT and liens, maintain supplier/customer banking data in Oracle, prepare seller settlement statements and journal entries, reconcile sales, ensure invoices are paid, and improve remittance procedures.
