Reviews and enters title information, resolves discrepancies, communicates with customers and vehicle owners, responds to inquiries, and maintains confidential records. The role also requires knowledge of title regulations, customer database maintenance, clerical support, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Processes invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, refunds, advance payments, and expense reports for EMEA entities. Maintains accurate accounts payable subledgers, prepares timely payments, resolves discrepancies, follows SOX controls, and supports accounting close and reporting. The specialist also contributes to process improvements, collaborates with project teams and stakeholders, and provides guidance to colleagues.

Reviews, corrects, and validates invoices and payments; supports month-, quarter-, and year-end close, audits, expense reviews, payment queries, and approval verification. The role guides and trains AP team members, monitors accounting bookings, and collaborates with project teams to improve processes. It requires EU accounts payable experience, Oracle knowledge, strong organization, communication, leadership, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot skills, plus authorization to live and work in the Netherlands.
