Owns complex Cisco network troubleshooting, monitoring, capacity forecasting, maintenance windows, configuration compliance, network security, cloud connectivity, and automation. The role requires deep protocol and platform expertise across routing, switching, firewalls, F5 load balancers, data center fabrics, and cloud networks. Responsibilities include packet analysis, BGP and infrastructure security, operational documentation, audit readiness, lifecycle management, and 24x7 critical-incident on-call support in a hybrid Bangalore setting.
