Provides first-level support for Windows and Apple devices, software, peripherals, connectivity, collaboration tools, and workplace technology. Configures and deploys devices, troubleshoots incidents, manages access and endpoint security controls, maintains asset and lifecycle records, and documents resolutions in the IT service management system. Supports onboarding, transfers, offboarding, executive users, conference rooms, and after-hours needs while escalating complex or security-related issues according to established procedures.

Lead the architecture, design, deployment, scaling, tuning, and troubleshooting of a global private OpenStack cloud. Support on-premises and off-premises infrastructure, migrate workloads from public clouds, expand capacity, improve resilience, and provide technical guidance. Manage OpenStack services, Linux systems, networking, storage, Kubernetes environments, automation, observability, and AI/ML GPU infrastructure. Participate in on-call support and collaborate with corporate technology and ITIL teams.

Maintain client relationships and technical support throughout the build, deployment, and ongoing lifecycle. Administer Linux systems, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS environments, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed applications. Troubleshoot Java servers, Nginx, APIs, storage, and infrastructure incidents. Create technical documentation, manage tickets, resolve problems promptly, and collaborate with teams while adapting to evolving technologies.
