Design, implement, and maintain backend services and infrastructure for RapidAI's clinical imaging platform using Go. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Lead end-to-end product design across mobile, web, and desktop applications for clinical care teams. Translate complex clinical data and AI outputs into intuitive, reliable interfaces. Conduct research and usability testing with healthcare professionals, maintain the Figma-based design system, create prototypes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical AI/ML teams. Occasional travel is required for on-site clinical validation.

Drive new business sales for RapidAI’s clinical AI imaging platform across an assigned East Coast territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing and closing complex healthcare technology deals, building relationships with hospital stakeholders and executives, achieving sales targets, developing regional business plans, cultivating customer advocates, managing pipelines, and maintaining sales activity and reporting in Salesforce.

Lead the technical support for DICOM viewer technologies, troubleshoot DICOM issues, collaborate with engineering, and mentor a support team.
