Drive commercial electronic security sales by prospecting, conducting on-site security assessments, designing tailored alarm, access control, fire, and CCTV solutions, preparing proposals, collaborating with technical teams, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve recurring monthly revenue and sales targets.

Sell and support alarm, CCTV, and fire alarm solutions to residential and commercial clients through field visits, demonstrations, proposals, and account management to drive new business and maintain client relationships.

Provide day-to-day administrative and transactional support to the Financial Accounting team, including data entry, invoice processing, account reconciliation preparation, month-/year-end support, maintaining schedules and workpapers, generating internal reports, and ensuring documentation meets audit and compliance requirements.

Lead accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and ERP/process improvements. Supervise and develop accounting staff, support budgeting/forecasting, ensure GAAP compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership.

Support accounting and finance teams with clerical tasks, accounts payable/receivable, month- and year-end close support, account reconciliations, audit and tax documentation, sales/property/payroll tax support, and special projects while maintaining confidential financial records.

Handle accounts receivable and billing tasks including contacting delinquent customers, applying payments, generating invoices/statements, resolving billing discrepancies, setting up accounts, and providing customer support and administrative assistance to the Accounts Receivable team.

Lead technical software projects from concept to delivery by defining scope, requirements, timelines, and measurable outcomes; coordinate engineers, architects, and stakeholders; apply Agile/Waterfall/Kanban practices; participate in technical planning and architecture reviews; track progress, remove blockers, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.

Lead and mature the PMO, managing a team of 10+ project managers, establish PMO SOPs, run and oversee projects to achieve business outcomes, mitigate risks, implement improvements, and develop project management training.

Lead technical software projects from concept to delivery by defining scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate engineers, architects, and stakeholders; apply Agile/Scrum/Kanban or hybrid methodologies; mitigate technical risks; participate in planning and architecture reviews; track progress, remove blockers, and ensure measurable outcomes and accountability.

Year-long training program to develop future training specialists. Participants will shadow departments, assist with training facilitation, coordinate projects, complete milestones, and deliver a final readiness presentation while building instructional, leadership, and operational skills.
