Audits firearm transaction records and ATF Form 4473 documentation, verifies NFA and asset protection compliance, monitors compliance metrics, and resolves help desk issues. Trains and coaches store employees, leads audit review calls, updates procedures, communicates regulatory changes, supports ATF inspections, and serves as the compliance subject matter expert for an assigned territory. Regular travel across multiple stores is required.

Leads Range USA’s enterprise IT function, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, web development, data solutions, project governance, compliance, budgeting, and vendor management. Advises executives on technology strategy, oversees IT teams and systems across multiple locations, ensures business continuity and security, and supports scalable growth through cloud, ecommerce, POS, ERP, CRM, and analytics capabilities.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for corporate and retail locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, POS systems, and user access issues. The role manages tickets, installations, inventory records, documentation, and escalations while supporting stores through on-call and after-hours coverage.

Audit firearms classes and instructors (in-person and via video), provide feedback, support district instructors, maintain training schedules/portals, conduct/coordinate recertifications, enforce education standards, assist with help desk and communications between Support Center and stores.

Provide outstanding customer service and convert customers to buyers through product knowledge and selling skills. Conduct range check-in, manage range timer and firearm rental compliance (including 4473/background checks), communicate with Range Safety Officers, handle ecommerce pickups, and maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
