Drive personal and store sales while executing daily operations, coaching team on KPIs, ensuring firearm safety and ATF compliance (4473 forms, background checks), managing opening/closing routines, inventory, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Provide outstanding customer service, convert customers to purchases, manage range check-in and firearm rental processes, maintain compliance with background checks and Form 4473, assist with ecommerce pickups, communicate with Range Safety Officers, and stay current on products and promotions.
