Manage and own the global master production and order schedule, coordinating order release, sequencing, inventory, capacity, and logistics across multiple sites. Monitor order flow, resolve constraints with Sales, Sourcing, and Logistics, maintain ERP/MRP data integrity, produce performance reports, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement to meet on-time delivery, revenue, and margin goals.

The ERP Manager will lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, configuration, and support, acting as a liaison between users and IT, and ensuring successful system adoption.

Provide frontline onsite Level 1/Level 2 IT support in Hong Kong for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Troubleshoot desktops, network connectivity, VPN, and Microsoft apps; assist with device setup, imaging, account management, inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and document incidents. Escalate complex infrastructure or security issues to remote or senior teams and maintain knowledge base and ticket records.
