Design, build, and deploy production-grade generative and agentic AI applications. Build data pipelines, implement RAG and prompt engineering, deploy on Azure AI/Databricks, integrate with business systems, monitor and optimize live systems, collaborate with stakeholders and external partners, and own post-launch maintenance and improvements.

Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle: recruitment assistance, onboarding, employee records management, payroll backup, HR reporting, training coordination, employee engagement programs, and general administrative support. Maintain HR systems (Paylocity, SharePoint), generate reports for compliance and leadership, and support process improvements within a lean People & Culture team.

The ERP Manager will lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, configuration, and support, acting as a liaison between users and IT, and ensuring successful system adoption.
