Provide Yardi-focused application training (web-based and on-site), deliver end-user support via phone, email and Zendesk, troubleshoot software issues, coordinate with Operations and vendors, participate in testing and implementations, and travel ~25-50% to support in-person training.

Perform make-ready work and complete work orders promptly, including painting, drywall, preventative maintenance, emergency coverage, and shop upkeep. Provide weekly parts/material lists, deliver customer service to residents and vendors, follow safety procedures, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Support property financial operations and vendor invoicing, review accounting records, coordinate maintenance and service requests, promote resident satisfaction, and assist property manager with daily tasks. Requires tax credit familiarity and use of property-management software.

Perform general cleaning and sanitizing throughout the property: clean bathrooms, kitchens, rooms, vacuum, change linens, wash and stock towels, empty trash, operate washer/dryer, report maintenance issues, and follow Property Manager assignments while providing excellent customer service.

Serve as front-line marketing helpdesk for 300+ properties; roll out and manage digital tools; configure RentCafe/Yardi; analyze Google Analytics and Google Ads data; lead cross-functional projects; produce marketing content; present insights and support corporate events.
