Supports daily operations of a multifamily apartment community, including rent collection, deposits, financial reporting, invoice processing, delinquency follow-up, resident move-outs, service request coordination, leasing promotion, and resident satisfaction. Serves as onsite supervisor when the Property Manager is absent.

Provide Yardi-focused application training (web-based and on-site), deliver end-user support via phone, email and Zendesk, troubleshoot software issues, coordinate with Operations and vendors, participate in testing and implementations, and travel ~25-50% to support in-person training.
