Manage insurance pre-certifications and eligibility for MRI and diagnostic imaging, document authorizations in the EMR, communicate status with patients and providers, verify benefits and financial responsibility, and coordinate/schedule imaging tests to ensure timely patient care.

Provide perioperative nursing as an OR circulator in an orthopaedic ambulatory surgery center: prepare OR, verify instruments/implants, perform pre-op verification, advocate for patient safety and sterility, manage supplies/documentation/specimens, and collaborate with PACU and support teams to ensure smooth surgical flow.

Provide administrative support to physicians and providers: manage provider calendars, schedule appointments and tests, complete patient paperwork (disability forms, medical necessity letters), handle patient communications, maintain documentation, assist with presentations and projects, and collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care.

Provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia nursing care in a busy surgery center: assess patients, administer medications, educate patients, document in EMR, coordinate with surgical and anesthesia teams, maintain equipment and emergency readiness, support quality improvement and infection control, and deliver professional patient-centered care.

Perform diagnostic orthopedic X-rays using proper positioning and radiation safety; collaborate with physicians, maintain imaging equipment, document images in the EMR/PACS, and assist patient care and room turnover across all ages.
