Provides preoperative nursing care in a surgery center, including patient assessments, education, medication administration, care coordination, EMR documentation, safety, infection control, emergency readiness, and quality improvement. The nurse collaborates with surgical and anesthesia teams, maintains supplies and equipment, and delivers professional patient service in a fast-paced environment.

Provides financial leadership across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, reporting, accounting oversight, compliance, and profitability initiatives. Leads the finance team, manages payroll, taxes, year-end close, and regulatory reporting, and partners with executives on strategic decisions, investments, budgets, KPIs, and long-term financial stability. Prepares financial materials for CPAs and benchmarking surveys while supporting the CEO with special projects.

Provide perioperative nursing as an OR circulator in a high-volume orthopaedic ambulatory surgery center. Prepare and verify OR setup, coordinate case flow, verify consents, monitor patient safety and sterility, manage supplies and documentation, handle specimens, and collaborate with PACU, sterile processing, and supply chain teams.
