Support mortgage operations by assisting processors and underwriters with ordering third-party items, pre-underwriting, uploading disclosures and audit documents, reviewing loan files for completeness and compliance, closing audit items, and preparing assessment reports while ensuring adherence to regulatory and credit union policies.

Provide proactive monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of banking core and ancillary systems. Troubleshoot issues, manage user access and security logs, support backups and recovery, collaborate with IT and business teams, train IT staff, work with vendors, and ensure compliance with BSA/CIP requirements.

Lead and develop the IT Operations team to ensure daily technology availability, manage hardware/software inventory and budgets, coordinate vendors, and support incident response and change management. Oversee compliance, documentation, training, and disaster recovery while collaborating with IT leadership and other departments to meet organizational needs.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Executive staff, Board and Supervisory Committee. Manage scheduling, communications, records, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, document production and filing, meeting notes, and special projects. Maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with BSA/CIP requirements, coordinate strategic planning, and serve as liaison to members, vendors, and internal teams.

Designs, develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs across the credit union. Performs needs analyses, creates curriculum and materials, facilitates sessions, tracks training completion and gaps, and acts as a subject-matter resource for products, compliance, and team member development.
