Provides onsite, remote, and deskside desktop support for hardware, software, peripherals, and network-related issues. Installs, configures, upgrades, repairs, and inventories end-user devices; handles service desk escalations, diagnostics, documentation, security configuration, and licensing compliance. The role also supports office moves and technology projects, recommends device replacements, mentors helpdesk staff, and coordinates with IT teams, vendors, and business departments.

Leads community development initiatives, financial education workshops, and counseling programs. Builds partnerships with community organizations, manages scholarship and youth advisory programs, recruits volunteers, represents the credit union at events, and prepares community impact reports. The role also supports marketing events, communicates program outcomes to management, and ensures compliance with BSA and CIP requirements.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Executive staff, Board and Supervisory Committee. Manage scheduling, communications, records, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, document production and filing, meeting notes, and special projects. Maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with BSA/CIP requirements, coordinate strategic planning, and serve as liaison to members, vendors, and internal teams.
