Lead payment projects and manage end-to-end payment operations across European schemes (TARGET, SWIFT, SEPA). Administer and support Raisin's People applications and HRIS, own incident resolution and SLA management, configure systems to meet People function requirements, manage automated account onboarding and IAM, enable integrations with Enterprise IT and stakeholders, and document configurations and interfaces.

Lead end-to-end development of the US payments and partner operations stack, delivering features and fixes, improving processes, mentoring engineers, promoting best practices, and contributing to design and implementation across backend APIs, databases, and frontend components.
