Lead and scale Raisin US payment operations: own end-to-end money movement, multi-party reconciliation, exception resolution, controls and SOC audit readiness. Design and operationalize multi-rail payment flows (ACH, Wires, RTP/FedNow, cards), partner with Product and Engineering, manage bank and vendor relationships, and build operational SLAs and teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant settlements.

Lead and grow the engineering team building Raisin’s internal AI platform. Own delivery, production reliability, roadmap, budgets, vendor relationships, and platform adoption. Guide architecture and selected implementation work while partnering with security, legal, compliance, product, and business stakeholders. Establish AI-assisted engineering practices, support organization-wide adoption, and ensure secure, compliant, cost-effective use of AI across the regulated fintech business.

Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages, web journeys, email campaigns, paid social creative, and reusable marketing design systems. Partner with marketing and CRM teams on A/B testing, analytics, customer insights, and iterative experimentation. Produce static and animated assets, maintain brand consistency, present design decisions, and guide projects from brief through launch using Figma, HTML/CSS, experimentation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-assisted workflows.

Owns Raisin’s people analytics function, including HR reporting systems, dashboards, data modeling, trend analysis, predictive analytics, data integrations, and workforce insights. The role translates complex people data into actionable recommendations, maintains HR metrics and definitions, supports People data pipelines, and collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders while protecting confidential employee information.

Own and scale affiliate and strategic brand partnerships across the DACH region. Acquire and develop partners, manage campaigns and contracts, optimize tracking and attribution, monitor performance against CPR and CAC targets, and collaborate with product, investment, pension, technology, and marketing teams to drive cost-effective customer growth.

Own and execute U.S. fraud strategy across onboarding, account linking, and payment flows. Design, deploy, and optimize real-time fraud rules, post-transaction monitoring, risk scores, and machine learning models. Lead fraud investigations, root-cause analyses, policy and control development, KPI reporting, and fraud exposure analysis. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data, Payments, and Operations to reduce losses, manage customer friction, and improve approval rates.

Lead Raisin’s motion design practice by defining brand motion principles, building scalable templates and libraries, creating campaign and social content, editing video, developing product animations, and overseeing projects from concept through delivery. Mentor designers, collaborate across marketing and product teams, use performance data to iterate creative, and explore AI-assisted workflows. The role requires strong motion design expertise, systems thinking, and proficiency with After Effects, Jitter, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Lead UK commercial growth alongside the CEO by originating institutional partnerships with banks, asset managers, wealth managers, and financial institutions. Own strategic negotiations, deal structuring, financial modeling, executive presentations, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate UK market dynamics into product and growth priorities while coordinating stakeholders across product, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and executive leadership.

Own strategic relationships with partner banks across the UK and Europe. Advise banking executives on liquidity, capital, deposit funding, and balance-sheet objectives; develop commercial growth strategies; launch deposit products; and expand assets under management. Lead complex onboarding, technical integration, product launch, and cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams.

Executes and monitors payment operations across deposit products, including ACH processing, settlement, ledger reconciliation, exception resolution, fraud monitoring, and issue escalation. Analyzes operational processes and payment data, recommends improvements, supports automation initiatives with Product and Engineering, tracks performance metrics, and maintains process documentation.
