Manage daily operations and upkeep of NY and UT offices, oversee vendors and contracts, run front desk and visitor experience, coordinate events and onboarding, ensure health & safety compliance, and serve as cross-office liaison to maintain a productive workplace.

Manage operational risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across the group. Lead RCSA, scenario analysis, loss database management, incident follow-up, and lessons-learned. Provide independent operational risk input to projects and product approvals, maintain the operational risk framework (MaRisk, Basel III), monitor KRIs, prepare senior management reports, and support risk appetite and control enhancements.

Lead the US B2C product experience: define roadmap, run user research, deliver data-driven web and mobile solutions, partner with marketing, CX, design and engineering, and apply AI to accelerate discovery and delivery while driving measurable product outcomes.
