Supports existing B2B partnerships by centralizing, documenting, and automating relationship-management processes. Responsibilities include reporting, outsourcing control, CRM management, marketing and communications, SLA coordination, technical support, and scaling individual broker partnerships. The role identifies operational bottlenecks, improves processes, collaborates with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders, and may lead projects within the B2B Partnerships team.

Leads five financial operations functions: custody, payments, treasury, account management, and vendor management. Responsibilities include scaling operations, developing senior teams, optimizing workflows through automation and lean methods, managing operational risk and controls, overseeing regulatory compliance, monitoring KPIs and KRIs, and serving as an escalation point for audits, vendors, and critical incidents.

Handle German-speaking customer complaints independently, provide empathetic and regulatory-compliant responses, make goodwill decisions, analyze root causes, identify operational or legal risks, and coordinate with Product and Operations teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
