Own the direction and development of Rainforest’s AI agent products, including agent harnesses, tools, memory, evaluations, telemetry, model routing, and MCP interoperability. Tune agent behavior, build regression suites, make code changes with AI coding tools, and partner with engineering to ship improvements. The role also promotes agentic workflows internally and represents the products externally.

Own payment product initiatives and releases within the Rails engineering team. Define requirements, user stories, constraints, and product documentation; prioritize the backlog; translate strategy into technical requirements; coordinate agile delivery; collaborate with engineering, product, stakeholders, and payment vendors; and maintain integrations. The role requires strong payment-processing knowledge, technical fluency in cloud SaaS architecture, analytical skills, and experience delivering products through continuous deployment.

Build, operate, and scale AWS-based infrastructure using IaC (Terraform), manage EKS and serverless environments, create CI/CD pipelines, implement observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/New Relic), support Postgres/RDS (Aurora), lead incident response and define SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs/error budgets).

The Software Engineer will develop payment products, focusing on building reliable SaaS APIs and collaborating with teams to ensure product success.

The Partnerships Manager will develop partnerships, drive referrals, manage the full partner cycle, and build relationships with executives.
