Own payment product initiatives and releases within the Rails engineering team. Define requirements, user stories, constraints, and product documentation; prioritize the backlog; translate strategy into technical requirements; coordinate agile delivery; collaborate with engineering, product, stakeholders, and payment vendors; and maintain integrations. The role requires strong payment-processing knowledge, technical fluency in cloud SaaS architecture, analytical skills, and experience delivering products through continuous deployment.

Manage platform clients through embedded-payments integration, testing, deployment, and go-live. Advise clients on payment processing, margins, revenue growth, adoption, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Analyze client data, identify improvement opportunities, monitor satisfaction and retention metrics, support portfolio migrations, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams as a trusted advisor.

Build, operate, and scale AWS-based infrastructure using IaC (Terraform), manage EKS and serverless environments, create CI/CD pipelines, implement observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/New Relic), support Postgres/RDS (Aurora), lead incident response and define SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs/error budgets).
