Own Rain’s 0-to-1 Agent Control Layer for safe agentic payments. Define agent authority controls, scoped virtual cards, APIs, SDKs, documentation, onboarding, and developer tooling. Build the roadmap, work with design partners, and partner with risk, compliance, card networks, and payment providers on identity, delegated authority, auditability, and disputes. The role requires strong technical product management, payments or fintech fluency, excellent writing, and comfort operating in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving market.

Own Rain’s compliance product strategy and roadmap across KYC/KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring, regulatory readiness, card-network obligations, case management, and partner compliance tooling. Translate complex global regulations into precise product requirements, improve compliance metrics and workflows, support multi-jurisdiction launches, and partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, banks, networks, and enterprise customers.

Own end-to-end launches of Rain’s local financial products across global markets. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional 100-day launch plans, managing legal and regulatory processes, defining operationalization strategies, resolving blockers, identifying licensing gaps, hiring and coaching local teams, and improving the market-launch playbook. The role requires extensive international travel, autonomy, strong communication, business and technical judgment, and experience delivering complex projects in consulting, private equity operations, regulated fintech, or payments.
