Lead local technical and operational elements of a traveling live event on a moving train. Manage and recruit local crew, create operator schedules, coordinate vendors, track budgets, oversee load-in/load-out and safety, liaise with on-site management, and supervise departments (lighting, audio, props, wardrobe, video). Support preproduction, maintain REP policies, and ensure a positive environment for staff and passengers during event operation.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and operation of video systems for a moving-train theatrical production. Train and supervise local video crews, create documentation, support technical rehearsals, troubleshoot during performances, and ensure artistic integrity and safe operation throughout load-in, run, and load-out.

Supervise props and scenic decor for a live train production: manage load-in/out, inventory, repairs, preset props, assist wardrobe and production during rehearsals and performances, and maintain artistic integrity and safety throughout the event run.

Manage rehearsals and run daily multi-show operations for THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride. Facilitate tech rehearsals, call shows, coordinate cast/crew and railroad staff, enforce safety, handle setup/teardown, operate QLab and sound during rehearsals, and support a fast-paced, seasonal production environment.

Support Production and Stage Managers during load-in, load-out, and live performances. Assist with cast transport, supply runs, petty cash/expense reports, railroad safety, and general event tasks to ensure smooth operation of the immersive train production.

Supervise and maintain all costumes for a seasonal immersive train production: inventory, fittings, alterations, laundry, repairs, prep/load-in and load-out, assist props, support technical rehearsals, and ensure costume integrity and safety during performances.

Manage all local technical and operational aspects of THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride, including recruiting and supervising crew and staff, scheduling, vendor coordination, budget tracking, logistics (load-in/load-out), safety enforcement, and serving as liaison with on-site management to deliver a safe, efficient, guest-focused event.
