Lead local technical and operational elements of a traveling live event on a moving train. Support preproduction, maintain REP policies, and ensure a positive environment for staff and passengers during event operation.

Manage all local technical and operational aspects of THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride, including recruiting and supervising crew, creating schedules, coordinating vendors, overseeing load-in/load-out and safety, tracking budgets/expenses, and serving as liaison with on-site management and REP staff to deliver the production.

Supervise load-in, inventory, maintenance, repair, pre-setting, and use of props and scenic decor for the train production. Coordinate with design and production teams during rehearsals, performances, and load-out, assist wardrobe and food handling as needed, ensure artistic integrity and safety, and support event operations throughout the seasonal run.

Manage rehearsals and technical rehearsals, call and run multiple daily performances on a moving train for a 50–60 person cast. Coordinate with production, crew, and railroad staff, enforce safety policies, handle setup/teardown, props, sound, and maintain a positive environment for staff and passengers.

Assist Production and Stage Managers with load-in/out, cast and crew support, driving talent, shop runs, petty cash/expense reports, railroad safety compliance, and general event duties for a live train-based theatrical production.

Support Production and Stage Managers during load-in, load-out, and live performances. Assist with cast transport, supply runs, petty cash/expense reports, railroad safety, and general event tasks to ensure smooth operation of the immersive train production.

Manage rehearsals and run daily multi-show operations for THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride. Facilitate tech rehearsals, call shows, coordinate cast/crew and railroad staff, enforce safety, handle setup/teardown, operate QLab and sound during rehearsals, and support a fast-paced, seasonal production environment.

Supervise props and scenic decor for a live train production: manage load-in/out, inventory, repairs, preset props, assist wardrobe and production during rehearsals and performances, and maintain artistic integrity and safety throughout the event run.

Work varied schedules, adapt to changing conditions, travel as needed, and maintain a positive environment for staff and passengers.

Manage all technical and operational aspects of the local THE POLAR EXPRESS™ event, including recruiting and supervising cast and crew, scheduling, vendor coordination, budget tracking, safety enforcement, load-in/load-out logistics, and serving as liaison with on-site management to ensure smooth live event operations.

Support production managers and stage managers for a large immersive train event: assist with load-in/load-out, run errands, drive cast, handle petty cash/expense reports, follow railroad safety, and perform other event‑related duties across varied schedules and conditions.

Supervise props and scenic decor for a traveling theatrical train production: manage load-in/out, inventory, repairs, presetting, training local teams, documentation, rehearsals, and maintain artistic integrity throughout the run while supporting production staff and safety procedures.

Supervise and lead the box office team to provide friendly, efficient ticketing and guest services. Confirm reservations, redeem and issue tickets, assist with rebooking or seating issues, maintain ticketing area, learn and use the Etix ticketing system, support FOH management with reports and team breaks, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment during a fast-paced seasonal production.
