Supports production managers with event operations, including load-in and load-out, supplies, transportation, cast and crew coordination, ticketing, food service, and communication with train operations and contractors. Drives actors, follows railroad safety rules, manages petty cash and expenses, solves practical problems, and helps maintain a positive event environment. The role requires flexible evening, weekend, holiday, and outdoor work aboard and around a moving train.

Supervise wardrobe operations for a seasonal live production aboard a moving train. Responsibilities include organizing and inventorying costumes, performer fittings, alterations, sewing, laundering, repairs, backstage preparation, performance presets, load-in and load-out, and maintaining costume design integrity. The role also assists with props, supports technical rehearsals, follows railroad safety policies, and collaborates with production staff in a fast-paced event environment.
