The role also produces and ships hard copies, customizes resumes and capability summaries, collaborates across teams and time zones, and supports related marketing tasks under tight deadlines.

Lead and manage a proposal team to develop compelling proposals and interview presentations. Improve proposal processes, collaborate with project managers on win themes, review and produce proposals (Word/PowerPoint), maintain proposal metrics, perform daily RFP searches, and mentor staff.
