Paid intern supporting executive recruitment for local government and utility clients. Responsibilities include researching applicants and clients, analyzing lead-generation data, maintaining and validating databases, drafting recruitment materials, attending client meetings, and preparing summaries. The role requires strong research, writing, organization, data analysis, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills. It is an onsite position in Charlotte, with 20–30 hours per week during the winter/spring semester.

Provides financial consulting services to public-sector utilities through financial planning, revenue forecasting, cost allocation, rate and fee design, bond feasibility studies, and related analyses. Builds Excel-based financial models, analyzes large datasets, prepares reports and presentations, communicates with clients, supports business development, and leads junior staff across multiple projects.

Provides financial analysis and consulting support to municipal utilities on financial planning, rate and fee setting, cost allocation, revenue forecasting, and bond feasibility studies. Builds Excel financial models, validates large datasets, analyzes usage patterns, prepares reports and presentations, communicates findings to clients, and supports business development. The role requires strong critical thinking, advanced Excel skills, effective communication, multitasking across projects, and occasional overnight travel.
